Delivered projects sell on the 50/50 plan — half on booking, half across 12 months, and you occupy while you pay. GR-04 books with 15% down on a 2.5-year plan: 15% on confirmation, 5% at digging, 5% on possession, and the remaining 60% across 28 monthly installments. Advance payment earns up to 16% in discounts.
Yes — booking is open. The 2026 payment plan is published with per-unit pricing for ground-floor shops and the studio, one- and two-bed residences. 15% reserves your unit at launch pricing; inventory is limited, so the best-positioned shops and patio residences go first.
All four projects are mixed-use: commercial units on the ground and lower floors, residential apartments above. This structure works for owner-occupiers who value walkable amenities, and for investors who want diversified rental income from one address.
We handle the documentation, NOC processing, and registration end-to-end. Transfer happens on the possession date, after the final payment is cleared. Our consultancy team has been doing this in Bahria Town since 2010, so the paperwork side is familiar territory.
