How it works

Four steps from booking to keys.

  1. Step 01

    Pick a unit

    Browse available shops, apartments, and 5–10 Marla houses. Filter by budget — every listed unit is on the 50/50 installment plan unless otherwise noted.

  2. Step 02

    50% on booking

    Lock in the price with 50% down — paid via bank transfer, Roshan Digital Account (for NRPs), or pay-order. Unit is reserved in your name on receipt.

  3. Step 03

    12 monthly installments

    Pay the remaining 50% across 12 equal monthly installments. Late-fee structure is published; no hidden surcharges.

  4. Step 04

    Take possession

    For delivered units (GR-25, GR-02): possession at booking — start using or renting out the unit immediately. For finishing units (GR-03): possession within 6 months.

What's the down payment?
50% on booking. The remaining 50% is split across 12 equal monthly installments. Every active GR Developers project runs on this 50/50 plan right now.
Can I get possession before finishing the installments?
Yes — that's the point. For delivered projects (GR-25, GR-02), you take possession on booking and pay the remaining 50% while you live in or rent out the unit. For GR-03, possession is given within 6 months of booking.
Is the title transferred immediately?
Title transfers at completion of the installment plan. During the installment period, you hold a registered sale agreement with the unit reserved in your name.
What if I want to clear early?
Lump-sum early payment gets a discount on the listed price — 5% advance discount, up to 8% total on full payment within a 12-month contract. Ask the team for the current ceiling.
Can NRPs use the installment plan?
Yes. Pay via Roshan Digital Account or SWIFT wire. All installments are recorded, receipts are issued, and the final title transfer is fully repatriable when set up via RDA.
Are there any units with longer installment plans?
The current standard is 12 months. For larger commercial units we sometimes accommodate 18-month plans on a case-by-case basis. Apartment resales (GR-25, GR-02) may also have flexibility — ask the team.
