Power of Attorney for site visits
We provide the templated PoA your local lawyer or embassy can attest. Your nominee in Pakistan can then handle on-site visits, paperwork pickup, and possession on your behalf.

Filer status check, CVT (Capital Value Tax), and provincial stamp duty — we coordinate with our partner tax advisor so your purchase is fully compliant from day one.

On completion, the title is transferred directly to your name (or your nominee via PoA). We courier original documents anywhere in the world — DHL or BlueEx.
Three ways to send money — pick what fits your tax situation.
The channel you use to pay determines what you can take back out later. We'll walk you through which one makes sense for your country of residence and exit plan.
Roshan Digital Account (RDA)
Pay through your RDA at HBL, Meezan, UBL, Faysal, or any participating bank. Repatriable: your capital + profits move out as freely as they came in.
SWIFT wire to company account
Direct corporate bank transfer. Receipt issued within 24 hours of funds clearing. Best for one-shot lump-sum payments and final installments.
Family member or POA holder
Your spouse, sibling, or attorney in Pakistan pays from a local account on your behalf. We accept this provided ownership documents name you as the buyer.
The questions every NRP buyer asks first.
- Can I buy without ever visiting Pakistan?
- Yes — every step (shortlisting, payment, paperwork, possession) can be done remotely. We arrange recorded walkthroughs, courier originals, and use Power of Attorney for in-person formalities.
- Do I need to be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL)?
- Non-filers can still buy, but pay roughly 2× the CVT/stamp duty of filers. We strongly recommend filing — our tax partner can sort this in 7–10 days for under PKR 25,000.
- How do I send money to Pakistan?
- Three options: (1) Roshan Digital Account — easiest, fully repatriable. (2) SWIFT wire to GR Developers' corporate account. (3) Local payment via a family member or PoA holder. We handle the receipts and tax docs in all three cases.
- What if I want to sell later — can I take the money back out?
- Yes, if you paid via Roshan Digital Account. RDA-bought property has full capital + profit repatriation rights. Cash purchases via local family don't qualify, so the inbound channel matters.
- Time zone — how do you coordinate?
- Our team responds on WhatsApp 8am–10pm Pakistan time (7 days). For Toronto / NY clients we routinely take 9–11pm PKT calls (11am–1pm EST). Just ask for a specific slot when you message.
